FEFA, LLC is seeking an Education Technician in Kettering, OH to provide management and technical support for delivering operational and academic schedules, workflow learning, and assistance. Requirement encompasses a full spectrum of organizational services from routine administrative and course support to program development.

This position will require working 100% onsite.

Compensation ranges from $43,000-$46,500 and is based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support 10-12 course offerings per year
  • Maintaining student demographic, student feedback, and historical data
  • Prepared statistical reports of data collected from each of the 10-12 courses offered
  • Presenting data in Microsoft tools IE: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Communicating with students and management through Microsoft Teams
  • Using Microsoft Teams to oversee breakout rooms, audio and video support
  • Managing and loading current course and administrative documents into the learning management systems
  • Heavy virtual instructor lead training (VILT) with producing and troubleshooting through Microsoft Teams
  • Participates in the review of each course completion by presenting statistical information and comparing it to the previous years course
  • Collaborate with the course manager to make adjustments during the course completion review
  • Attend weekly meetings to support the development and implementation of course requirements and updates as needed
  • Review course products developed, recommend alternative data collection methods that were identified during data analysis, and recommend updates/improvements to courses
  • Assist with tracking budget expenditures for courses/programs
  • Assist with maintaining material ordering schedule for managers and leads
  • Customer service support by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Scheduling meetings, conferences, and training events
  • Maintaining the master course calendar and participating in budget information management activities
  • Assisting with the development of annual projections of assignments for faculty
  • Updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each course on a bi-annual basis
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams experience required
  • Virtual instructor lead training (VILT) experience required
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasking
  • Close attention to detail
