Position is in Griffin, GA. Onsite from day one.
Will operate as conduit between ops, assembly and supply chain teams as well as remote core engineering team.
Work will include documentation of build issues, rework activity coordination, machine software configuration and installation.
Assembly line support, test cells, subassembly test support.
2-3 NPU projects and 4-5 production models expected at any given time.
Required: CREDO, ProE or other 3D software experience BSEE or BSET Ability to read electrical schematics
Desired Skills: Experience with high voltage systems strongly preferred MESA PSPS/AQE

Candidate Responsibilities
NPI & Production Build Support Electrical Engineer supporting the Factory with operations team.

Typical Day
As a NPI & Production build support engineer, you will work closely with members of the operations, assembly, supply chain, and core engineering team.
You will act as the conduit between the factory team and the core engineering team.
Key activities will include documentation of build process as well as issues MESA, coordinate or perform rework activities, coordination or conduct machine software installation/configuration PSPS, assembly line and test cell support when issues arise, as well as coordination of engineering procured material for NPI and Pre Production products.
You could expect to have 2-3 NPI projects, and 4-5 production models to support.

Technical Skills Required
Hands on experience with electrical systems design and assembly with a preference of high voltage systems and power electronics.
Experience with Pro-E/Creo 3D modeling and the ability to read electrical schematics.
Previous experience creating assembly instructions along with experience with programing software on electrical equipment.
