This position's essential function is to work within a cross-functional and geographically diverse team to coordinate electrical engineering tasks that will quickly support resolution to field issues.

• Coordinate Electrical technical subjects between Offshore Engineering Organization, Supply Chain & T&I activities in logistics hub and offshore site.
• Technical knowledge in wind turbine technology and auxiliary system
• Be the point of contact of Engineering for Non-Quality management (NC /Punchlist)
• Help the NCR and Engineering Change processes to work properly (NC rework & ECO retrofit)
• Resolve part of the Non-Conformities detected in the Hub & Offshore
• Propose Engineering Changes based on experience from the Hub & Offshore activity
• Electrical Technical field advisory & ramp up support.
• Disposition of non-conformances in the NC system
• Engineering change proposal (ECP) & ECO implementation
• Punchlist & Customer question review and support
• Work instructions / Drawings with support of CAD engineer

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or another engineering discipline; MS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience within an electrical engineering related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Sound computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office required
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
