Position: Electrical Estimator / Project Manager

Location: Middleton, MA



Job Summary

 

• Preparing precise, detailed estimates based on drawings provided 


• Obtaining and analyzing quotes from vendors and/or subcontractors based on unique project requirements, following through to complete buy-outs for the projects once awarded


• Maintaining bid/ job files with backup support for the project 


• Working with the field electricians and General Contractor to complete projects, analyzing costs and progress to help meet deadlines and understand potential overrun and underrun opportunities


• Building strong relationships with General Contractors and vendors


• Following up with General Contractors to help track the awarding of jobs and establish a working relationship


• Strong knowledge of electrical systems necessary
