Position: Electrical Estimator 

Location: Middleton, MA



Job Summary

 

• Preparing precise, detailed estimates based on drawings provided 


• Obtaining and analyzing quotes from vendors and/or subcontractors based on unique project requirements


• Maintaining bid files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures, including information on prices and items included / excluded from the bid


• Working with the Project Management Team throughout the project to analyze costs and progress, assisting in the understanding of overrun and underrun opportunities


• Building strong relationships with General Contractors and vendors


• Following up with General Contractors to help track the awarding of jobs and establish a working relationship 


• Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems Necessary
