Stryker Electric is looking for individuals seeking a rewarding career as Electrical Helper.

About the Job

We are looking to hire electrician helpers who want to continue to learn the trade. This position is Full Time and based in the Port St Lucie, FL area. Starting Pay is $12-$14 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus employee benefits valued at up to an additional $5 per hour.

Qualifications:

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Below gives you a sense of what we are looking for, but every applicant will be considered:

  • Eagerness to learn the electrical trade
  • Communication skills
  • Efficiency in troubleshooting and problem solving in a timely manner
  • Experience working with hand tools, power tool and electronic test equipment is a bonus, but not required
  • Clean and valid Driver's License

Upon passing a Company approved course and/or training, the Company will pay 100% tuition reimbursement. Moreover, an employee who requests and receives Company approved sponsorship for an apprenticeship program through IEC or another accredited electrical apprenticeship program will have their tuition paid in advance. The company has full discretion to approve or denied said tuition reimbursement. Any employee who is interested in this benefit should reach out to Human Resources and their direct Supervisor.
