Tomorrow Water is hiring an Electrical/I&C (Instrumentation and Control) project engineer at its Anaheim, California headquarters. Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist or execute electrical/I&C engineering functions for the design, installation and stat-up of municipal / industrial water and wastewater projects including preliminary engineering, detail engineering, and construction support by effectively utilizing resources to deliver the engineering deliverables and integrated systems
- Develop control configuration schemes and P&ID
- Develop instruments datasheet.
- Support the engineering and design development of the company products, systems, and equipment specifications.
- Review design documents prepared by other engineers, subcontractors, and drafters to ensure they meet the project scope, clients needs, and Our quality standards
- Prepare material purchase specifications for I&C components and auxiliary items related to a project.
- Preparation of purchase orders to material suppliers.
- Obtains and reviews plans and specifications and determines their completeness and consistency.
- Follow and implement document control procedures.
- Provide Field assistance where necessary.
- Some travel is required.
- Apply the latest codes and engineering standards related to job tasks.
Requirements - Bachelors or Masters in electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
- 1 to 5 years of work experience working for an engineering, equipment supplier, or construction industry
- Preferred work experience working for an engineering, utilities, or water/wastewater industry.
- Knowledge of electrical or Instrumentation and control specifications and relevant education and/or experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of water/wastewater is preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools and AutoCAD
- Good verbal and written communication skills
