Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanical CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team on the third shift. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and optimizing our CNC equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training during the first shift before transitioning to the third shift.
  • Performing a wide range of maintenance tasks on electrical, electronic, control, and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnosing, repairing, aligning, and calibrating various machinery and equipment.
  • Utilizing precision instruments, including micrometers, gauge blocks, torque wrenches, and oscilloscopes.
  • Analyzing and interpreting schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Fitting spindles and bearings, machining replacement parts, and installing electrical components.
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and troubleshooting electronic controls.
  • Wiring new and existing equipment.

Requirements

  • Willingness to undergo training on the first shift before transitioning to the third shift.
  • At least two years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance within a CNC environment.
  • One or more years of experience maintaining lathes, mills, and/or machining centers.
  • Strong knowledge of relay and digital logic, ladder drawings, and schematics.
  • Availability to work the third shift.
  • Stable work history.
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.
  • Residence within a 45-minute commute of our location.
