Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Develop and implement templates, systems, and processes to streamline email management and improve efficiency.
  • Act as the technical lead, overseeing and troubleshooting technical aspects related to our operations.
  • Reach out to brands with media kits and crafted pitches to establish partnerships and collaborations.
  • Contact prospective guests for a live show, coordinating schedules and managing communication.
  • Assist with various projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Utilize platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Canva, and Dropbox for effective communication and content management.
  • Previous experience in project management or personal assistant roles is a must.
  • Display a Type A personality with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing ideas and insights to enhance operations and communications.
  • Manage up by anticipating needs and providing proactive support to team members and executives.
  • Take a proactive and self-starting approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Utilize intuitive organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication with team members, brands, and guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or personal assistant roles is a must.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency in email communications and technical aspects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
  • Intuitive organization skills to maintain order and efficiency in daily activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, brands, and guests.
  • Availability for approximately 5 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as needed.
  • Located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone.
