DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong analytical ability - IBM Watson experience a plus


• Ability to present renewals and mid-year reviews to a client absent a salesperson  


• Professionalism in and out of the office including demeanor that impacts internal associates & culture


• Strong Industry knowledge including coverages, financial analytics, carrier guidelines, and legislation


• Written and verbal skills for cross-selling, renewal negotiations and sharing MIS resources  


• Willingness to guide, mentor and train junior associates
