Link Technologies((link removed)), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for an End User Technician for an onsite/contract-to-hire opportunity. The position will be responsible for assisting end users, either directly or remotely, while working within IT operations. In addition, the End User Technician will help coordinate efforts with multiple business groups throughout the property to isolate and resolve hardware and software related problems.

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Previous work experience installing and troubleshooting common business software, i.e., Microsoft Office: 2003, 7, 10), Adobe Acrobat, Symantec Antivirus, Internet Explorer, etc.
• Basic understanding of Apple products and software is highly desired(link removed)>
• MUST be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required.
• MUST have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. is required(link removed)>
• MUST be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk distances from issue to issue.
