Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to residential areas with the goal of setting leads for our closing sales team.
- Engage with homeowners in a friendly and approachable manner, effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers, actively listening to their questions and concerns.
- Explain our solar products and services clearly and transparently, addressing any inquiries with confidence and knowledge.
- Utilize persuasive and effective communication techniques to generate interest and excitement about switching to solar energy.
- Collect and accurately record customer information and specific details regarding their solar needs and interests.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with high-quality leads and facilitate the transition from lead to sale.
- Meet or exceed set targets for lead generation, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals, with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed.
- Strong communication skills
- Personable and approachable demeanor, able to build trust and establish rapport with potential customers.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
