Enagement and Customer Service assistants have a very exciting role to play at our events, building rapport with our customers, providing them with an enjoyable journey, sharing your knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for our luxurious products.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver an individualised world class service experience for every customer
- Maximise sales opportunities using world class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
- Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store

- Passion about working in a team

- Good communication skills
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Takes accountability for planning and managing own work efficiently to ensure objectives are met

Requirements
Technical Skills/ Experience:
- Contributing to store sales and cost control
- Work across the store to get things done right first time within timescales
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer shopping channels
- Good level of product knowledge and services across the store
- Good level of digital capability and use of digital tools and applications
- Understand customer needs and spot selling opportunities
- Adapting to change
