Job Description: Supplier Intake Questions:

Does this position have the potential to convert to direct? Yes
If yes, what is the conversion salary? $30.00 -$35.00/HR

What is a day in the life like for the person in this role? Mobile Maintenance Tech All techs are given a van with
tools, uniforms, and items needed to complete work orders. Will be servicing 28 locations for the Houston route.
This may change based on client's needs. Will use work order management system to track/manage work orders.
Training will be provided. The manager is seeking candidates with a background in Facilities
Maintenance and HVAC. HVAC is the main focus of the assignment, however, candidate will need to be willing to
complete other tasks to include general maintenance and plumbing.

Will go to different client locations to perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, water heaters, exhaust fans,
etc. Plumbing skill to include the ability to change out a toilet. Light electrical skills to include changing out light
bulbs.

Are there other skills/certifications required that are not listed in the job description? EPA or Universal CFC
Certification Required

What are your non-negotiable requirements? Commercial HVAC experience is preferred over residential
experience. Candidates must reside no more than 30 mins drive from location of the area of service.

Work Shift - What are the workdays and hours? Mon Friday; 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST No requirement to be
on -call

How long do you anticipate the assignment to last? What is the possibility of extension? Has the potential to
convert to FTE based on worker's job performance and/or End Client's needs.

Work Location Is this position onsite or remote? REMOTE - Will service 28 Wells Fargo locations in and around
Houston, TX

JOB SUMMARY:

Mobile Maintenance Technician working under supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance in the Downtown Houston area at approximately 30 locations in and around the 610 loop, in a company provided van.

Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, heating and cooling.
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building
operations and work safety.
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
Reviews assigned work orders.
Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen
equipment, drains, shop, and HVAC.
Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
Performs carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Provides vendor escorts as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and
deadlines.
Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or
training.
Requires valid driver's license and clean MVR
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions
to ensure understanding.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
Requires basic analytical skills. Uses company provided computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, ESS
and training.
Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy
loads of 50 lbs. or more. Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial
systems, equipment and grounds.
