Starting base salary: $90-100K

Summary
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the successful production of engineering and shop drawing deliverables (2D and 3D as required) through the effective supervision of Engineers & Drafters. This person will have a passion for and know how to leverage technology to drive the delivery strategy that produces high-quality with a strong focus on improving the design phase and project outcomes. This position reports to the GM.

Responsibilities
- Communicates requirements to production department.
- Proper and accurate interactions directly with customers
- Produces CNC programs and shop drawings for manufacturing.
- Communicates with contractors, Sales, Project Managers and Designers.
- Monitor drafting primarily in AutoCAD to produce usable shop drawings as well as marketing & concept drawings
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM systems, Excel, Quality Improvement Processes (5's, Six Sigma, Lean, general experience with continuous improvement process/teams) is a Huge Plus!
