As an Engineering Project Manager youll be responsible for the execution of selected fast track development projects, defining and executing the project plan in consultation with all stakeholders, while optimizing the R&D resources.

What youll do

Understand customer wishes and translates them into a mutually agreed set of requirements (specifications, planning, costs)

Lead and executes feasibility studies translating customer requirements into a viable product concept (3D drawings)

Optimize the solution by choosing the right technology, suppliers with regards to quantity and supply chain possibilities

Deal with internal and external suppliers and manages the realization of the solution up to delivery

Maximizes the profitability of the solution

Drives customer satisfaction through formal design process and related deliverables (samples, pilots, etc.)

Coordinate project team and experts to secure Customer requirements management
What youll need

Minimum BSc. Diploma in engineering/technology/science

5+ years of relevant experience (ideally luminaires development)

Knowledge of project management with advanced planning, organizing and execution skills

Knowledge of lean manufacturing process, manufacturing engineering standards

Knowledge of CAD programs, prototyping

Analytical & conceptual skills

Ability to relate market insights with relevant Project / technology choices

Ability to build effective teams

Problem solving skills

Good command of English language
