We collaborate with over 40,000 labor unions nationwide, covering diverse groups such as military personnel, law enforcement, first responders, governmental employees, auto workers, teamsters, and members of the music and entertainment industries, including associations with teams like the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Atlanta Braves. Collectively, these groups represent more than 5 million active policy-holding members.

Our uniqueness lies in the fact that our customers learn about our benefits and services through their union and association representatives before we make direct contact (No Cold Calling). These members directly, often through personal handwritten notes, request our benefit packages. They understand the importance of supplementary coverage, especially as standard work benefits can diminish or cease upon retirement. We then ensure they and their families receive permanent benefits for lifelong protection and peace of mind.

Qualifications:

Residency in Georgia, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas: Required for licensing in insurance sales.

Coachability, Self-Reliance, Customer-Centric Attitude, and Remote Work Skills: Essential traits for success in this role.

Experience: Insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required. We value the ability to connect and assist people in their decision-making journey.
