Our consistent, organic growth plus a recent $70M investment has accelerated the expansion of our fantastic team and we are currently seeking to add a service-minded Enterprise Account Executive to the team.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing net new business at the Enterprise level for the company through outbound sales activities and trade shows, as well as warm leads via our Account Development Representative (ADR) team. You will work cross functionally with the client success, account management, implementation, support, and services teams to ensure a great and consistent customer experience. You will build and sustain a measurable pipeline against your sales and revenue targets.

To achieve success as an Enterprise Account Executive at IntelliShift, you will leverage your prior experience successfully selling Telematics/Fleet Management software solutions to organizations operating fleets of at least 1000 vehicles, business acumen and consultative solution selling skills to initiate and close sales of IntelliShifts connected fleet and asset management solutions. If you have a stellar sales track record capitalizing on large software sales in the fleet management industry, are a self-starter, and love working in a dynamic and thriving environment, then IntelliShift is the place for you.

What you will do:

  • You will drive enterprise sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, leadership, marketing and sales support/engineering.
  • You will sell $1M plus TCV SaaS solutions to United States based companies managing and operating 1000+ vehicles and assets.
  • You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to run complex multi-stakeholder opportunities with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position IntelliShift as an alternative to existing solutions in place.

Requirements


What you need to do it:

  • At least 5 years of experience selling AI driven video and fleet management software solutions to enterprise-level customers in the logistics, transportation, or construction industries.
  • Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of connected fleet and asset solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in consultative sales, with the ability to uncover customer needs and develop custom solutions to solve their business challenges.
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Experience collaborating with different business units to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A growth mindset and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

This is a remote full-time, salaried position, with occasional travel to the NY HQ and customers throughout the country.
