Enterprise Architect (Remote)

We have an immediate need for a contract-to-hire Enterprise Architect, who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a key engagement. Our client, an enterprise-level organization in the healthcare space, is embarking on a complex and business critical system transformation.

Location: Tampa, FL (Remote working Central or Eastern time)

This job expects to pay about $100 - 110 per hour.

What You Will Do: 

• Designing and developing enterprise architecture frameworks and models for a new business operating model.
• Aligning technology and digital strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies and solutions that can enhance the enterprise architecture.
• Overseeing the implementation of new systems and technologies to ensure they meet the organization's needs.
• Managing the integration of new systems with existing systems.
• Monitoring the performance of the enterprise architecture and identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for the enterprise architecture.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Mentoring and guiding junior architects and developers.
• Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure that the enterprise architecture supports the organization's overall strategy.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or another relevant field or combined equivalent of on-the-job experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant business and architecture experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare.
• Relevant experience with cloud architecture (AWS and Azure), Facets, enterprise integration tools and services, security architecture best practices, and able to quickly code-up a POC if needed.
• Experience as lead architect on multi-year, enterprise level engagement from beginning to maintenance phase.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated experience collaborating with executives to translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills; able to easily flex based on the audience and needs of the team.
