1. Bachelor degree in computer systems analysis, computer science, computer information systems (CIS), management information systems (MIS), business intelligence or a similar field of study.

2. 3 years' experience working as an IT Solution Architect.

3. 3 years' experience analyzing business and technical requirements and developing end to end solutions.

4. 3 years' experience in understanding enterprise environment and recommending the best practices for integrating the solutions.

5. 2 years' experience as a liaison between the business and technical teams, analyze and document technical requirements, business requirements and developing the solution.

6. 2 years' experience in participating the JAD sessions to gather business requirement and presenting business or technical solutions to internal or external stakeholders and leadership teams.

7. Working Knowledge and involved in activities like market research, solution development and others.

8. Working knowledge of Agile with Scrum project management framework
