You will apply optimized strategies to drive customer excitement and provide a thorough follow through to ensure the customers are appeased. As an Enterprise Brand Manager you work along a team of individuals typically focusing on one particular brand.

You will be responsible for understanding the business and marketing objectives of their aligned to area, as well as developing an understanding of the personas. With this knowledge, you will provide thought leadership around the most effective campaign strategy as well delivering high-impact campaigns that resonate with the target audiences and reinforce and enhance Vien Health's brand.

 



The successful candidate will be innately curious and immersed in culture and industry trends, excited by all the diverse ways Vien Health can tell our brand story, sell our offerings, and differentiate our experience. This passion should directly translate into being resourceful and creating a clear path to concepting and development.

 



Role




  • Define brand strategy and deliver measurable growth of brand product and revenue adoption

  • Serve as a thought leader, staying current and educating on category news and insights, emerging trends, and best practices across digital media types and platforms with an eye towards meeting evolving internal client and business needs

  • Apply deep understanding of innovation, general management and marketing to drive high-impact innovation with speed and scale

  • Develop opportunities and drive active participation in organizations and industry groups that lend to the business growth areas

  • Champions a holistic innovation system that puts consumer needs at the center, leads with insights, winning concepts, claims, business models, and an excellent execution follow-through

  • Identity market gaps, drive progress and decisions to accelerate time to market and time to value



You




  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising or communications, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work remotely and independently

  • Must have people management experience

  • Experience participating actively in networking and training opportunities

  • Brand planning and creative strategy experience with both consumer and B2B audiences in the healthcare industry a plus

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Initiative and self-motivation to make big things happen

  • Well-organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
