Role: Enterprise Content Management Analyst Location: Houston, TX Duration: 12+ Months POSITION OVERVIEW: The Analyst, IT ECM reports directly to the Manager, IT Enterprise Content Management. Primary responsibilities include gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements for applications and workflows in the ECM space including Documentum and SharePoint Online, as well as supporting other applications including, but not limited to, DocuSign and in-house applications built with React. Additionally, the Analyst will be responsible for writing and executing test scripts, reporting defects, and retesting fixes as they pertain to the ECM applications. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of SharePoint Online, PowerAutomate, and Documentum. Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, DevOps, DocuSign, OneDrive, PowerApps, React, SalesForce and Teams is a plus. KNOWLEDGE: Successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting medium scale end-to-end SharePoint- and Documentum-based content management solutions Candidate must have knowledge of SharePoint Online and Documentum enterprise suites Candidate should have knowledge of PowerAutomate and PowerApps RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Collaborates independently with users to interpret, define, and document business requirements Acts as liaison between internal business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant IT support teams Writes and executes test scripts, reports defects, retests fixes, and assigns test cases to business testers in Azure DevOps Tracks and reports on user acceptance testing results and progress Supports SharePoint Online, Documentum, and other ECM applications with focus on configuration, security management, and other administrative activities Trains internal stakeholders on processes and systems Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously Provides alternative solutions and innovative ideas for requested technical solutions regarding content management Remains abreast of current technologies and best practices Performs assigned duties consistent with the policies and procedures defined and approved by Cheniere management Remains nimble as other duties become necessary for the benefit of Cheniere Energy or the IT department Ability to work independently, multi-task, reprioritize, and follow up with questions, solutions, or suggestions QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS): Education and Certifications: bachelor's degree in business/technology or relevant experience Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years working with enterprise content management applications like SharePoint and/or Documentum Skills: Exceptional communication skills: must have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and with individuals from diverse disciplines and levels of technical and commercial expertise Detail-oriented and effective time management and organizational skills Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Experience writing test scripts for end users, as well as acting as a Quality Assurance tester Ability to quickly pick up new technologies SharePoint Online, Documentum, and PowerAutomate Active Directory, Azure, DevOps, DocuSign, OneDrive, PowerApps, React, SalesForce and Teams are a plus
