Job Title: Enterprise Performance Monitoring Specialist
Duties / Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain software tools used for performance and availability monitoring and alerting, in support of enterprise business applications and services.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain performance monitoring agents and scripts.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve issues impacting business service performance or availability.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of IT configuration items.
Qualifications - External
Education / Experience
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired via work experience or other training.
Working knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems, networks and databases. Experience with enterprise system management tools and/or application development a plus.
Strong analytical skill, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
Zero to three years of related IT work experience with system management tools.
