Job Title: ERP Consultant
Duration: 12 months
Location: City Of Rio Rancho
Overview: We are looking for a qualified ERP Consultant to help us evaluate and recommend a new ERP system that will replace our current one. You will be responsible for analyzing our business processes, providing a comprehensive report of your findings, and suggesting the best ERP solution that meets our needs. You will also assist us in creating an RFP for the new ERP system and selecting the most suitable bid.
Responsibilities:
Provide consulting services on the full suite of ERP systems
Analyze our business processes and recommend the best ERP solution
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of the ERP solution
Assist in the development of new processes and procedures for ERP systems
Train users on ERP systems and provide ongoing support
Develop and maintain documentation for ERP systems
Provide technical and functional support for ERP systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues of ERP systems
Monitor ERP systems performance and make recommendations for improvement
Perform system administration tasks such as security updates, configuration changes, and system upgrades
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in implementing ERP systems
Solid understanding of ERP system architecture and design
Good knowledge of ERP modules such as finance, accounting, sales, and operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with software development teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
Experience:
Provide relevant and concise information regarding your experience as an ERP consultant
Include concrete information demonstrating your performance on similar projects
Identify the experience of your key staff that will be assigned to perform these services
Detail your past experience providing similar services for city and/or county agencies in New Mexico
Provide information regarding resources and partners that you will utilize during the delivery of these services
