Position Overview:

We are searching for an experienced enterprise sales executive that has a real passion for growing technology adoption in agriculture and can deliver on bold revenue targets.

As Director of Enterprise Sales, you will manage sales activities for large clients and will be tasked with building out a direct sales channel as well as various partner-led solution channels.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling software solutions in agriculture.

What you will be doing:

  • Building awareness and driving demand for GROWERS solutions within large Enterprise accounts
  • Serving as an evangelist for our B2B software platforms offerings while communicating and demonstrating the benefits our solutions can bring to our customers businesses
  • Collaborating with the GROWERS team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Working thoughtfully with customers to identify new business opportunities, managing through the sales cycle and closing complex transactions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Sales Executive/Manager selling agriculture technology products
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturers and large retailers in agriculture
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders
  • Ability to independently develop a deal from prospect to close
  • Experience building business-specific pitch decks, pricing models and value propositions
  • Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of channel-centric GTM approaches
  • Close collaboration with Product and Engineering on customer feedback and interactions with our technology users, and regular participation in Product Roadmap meetings

Travel: Up to 50% travel may be required.

Salary Range: $100K - $140K/year
