The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding, high-level service, and on-going sales related to PLEXUSS’ partnerships with secondary school and district partnerships. This may include supporting county/regional offices of education as well as work at the state level. The position includes training school site and district office personnel and presenting to parents, students, and school officials.

 



In this role, you will develop deep relationships with PLEXUSS’ partners to ensure a seamless service experience for our partners and their constituents, develop partner interest and wide adoption of the services provided through PLEXUSS partnerships and act as a thought-leader informed by data/research related to secondary school college counseling and tutoring.

 



Additionally, the Regional Director is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the secondary school community members, focusing on student access to post-secondary opportunities. This also includes stakeholders beyond the school site administration and education officials, including but not limited to students, parents, and other relevant community stakeholders.

Education/Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Five years or more of directly-related, progressively responsible work experience in a professional position in education or position related to education, school counseling (preferably at the secondary level), or

  • site/district administrative or professional development capacity.

  • Direct experience in secondary education, AVID or other college-going initiatives, school counseling, helping school sites on-board SaaS or student-facing services, and/or student achievement initiatives is highly desirable.



Other Necessary Key Skills:




  • Ability and willingness to travel.

  • Ability to effectively communicate partner needs and work with PLEXUSS internal resources to maximize partner experience.

  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong passion for education and expanding student access to quality post-secondary educational opportunities.

  • Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple onboardings and issues.

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to proactively identify and meet the needs of PLEXUSS partners.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior-level administrators and state officials.

  • Experience analyzing data and applying to partner needs and opportunities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and public speaking.

  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Slack, Google Docs, and email.
