Drakes top client a Global B2B cloud company is hiring an Enterprise Solution Sales Manager to be part of their collaborative team in Makati City.

Core Functions:
The role seeks a skilled salesperson who is aggressive, organized, and consistent. As an individual contributor, the SaaS Solution Sales Manager (SSSM) focuses on revenue production, evaluated by sales performance, timeliness, and work quality. They will use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and suggest innovative solutions. Reporting to the Philippines' country head and CRO-APAC, this office-based, client-facing position does not offer remote work.

Responsibilities:
Identify prospective clients in an assigned target market.
Nurture prospect relationships while applying the best sales approaches.
Constant profiling of prospects pain points, business requirements & plans.
Conduct discovery exercises to understand user requirements.
Perform business & system fit/gap analysis to apply best solution positioning.
Deliver powerful and impactful presentations with and without pre-sales help.
Develop commercial proposal & negotiate a WIN-WIN arrangement for the company.
Endeavor to close new business deals smoothly and on time (e.g. monthly/quarterly).
Other functions related to lead generation & market penetration including outbound activities will be expected from the SSSM.

Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business.
With at least 5 years selling experience in IT preferably handling software or SaaS solutions.
Excellent track record in selling eCommerce, WMS, ERP, Retail, or Logistics Software / SaaS solutions.
Sales history and on-target achievement will be checked during the initial screening/interview.
Ability to perform business analysis, strategic consulting, problem-solving, and apply negotiation/closing strategies.
Solid presentation and communication skills.
Fluency in both English and Tagalog.
