You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure and support various business operations. Key Responsibilities: System Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of current systems, processes, and user needs to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Data Collection: Gather and document user requirements, business processes, and system specifications to develop a clear understanding of the project scope. Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system design, flowcharts, and user manuals, to facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer. Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and quality assurance process to identify and resolve system issues or bugs. Troubleshooting: Provide support for end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality system solutions. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes by suggesting enhancements and updates to meet evolving business needs. Technical Skills Development: Actively participate in training and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of database management and system design principles. Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management software is a plus.
