We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Travel Advisor. Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, destinations, and general travel information.
Provide personalized and friendly customer service via phone, email, and online chat.

Booking Support:

Collaborate with senior travel associates to support the booking process for flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Assist in researching and securing the best travel options based on customer preferences.

Documentation:

Assist in preparing and organizing travel documentation, including itineraries, tickets, and necessary travel permits.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of travel documents.
Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, confirmations, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Assist in managing client relationships and building rapport.

Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with travel vendors, such as hotels and airlines, to confirm reservations, negotiate terms, and resolve any issues.
Build positive relationships with vendors to enhance the overall customer experience.
Technology Utilization:

Learn and use travel booking systems and software to facilitate efficient and accurate booking processes.
Embrace new technologies to streamline tasks and improve service delivery.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members to share information, insights, and best practices.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Problem Resolution:

Assist in addressing and resolving issues that may arise during the travel process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Seek guidance from senior associates as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Travel and Tourism or related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of the travel industry and a willingness to learn.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and travel booking systems.
Detail-oriented and organized with good multitasking abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Salary: Based on commission.
