Technical Recruiter

Location:Minneapolis, MN, US

Base Salary:$40,000 - $45,000

Job Type:Full Time

Pay Type:Annual

What You’ll Do: Responsibilities




  • Seek out and stir up passive candidates through phone calls, emails, networking, Boolean internet searches and social media

  • Act as master decision maker to ensure only candidates that make a perfect fit with positions are submitted to clients for consideration

  • Build a solid, professional network with candidates and clients through ongoing engagement, delivery of exceptional service and, of course, your personal charm

  • Pump up those people skills to cultivate long-term relationships with organizations to catapult our brand into a household name (or at least a name professionals remember when they need recruiting)



Skills You Need




  • Competitive and performance-oriented nature which makes you grab onto goals without letting go until they’re achieved

  • Highly energetic, with or without coffee

  • Strong attention to detail (you don’t have to be a perfectionist, but if you are you’ll fit right in)

  • Self-starter who can jump into action we will provide the coaching, you need to take the ball and run with it

  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to influencing key decision makers

  • Persistence and follow-up so superb it makes people’s heads spin

  • Ability to write, speak and otherwise communicate with proper grammar and finesse



Qualifications You Need




  • Bachelor’s degree (must)

  • Prior experience with low volume, high $ roles
