The program would teach you the many aspects of the company including but not limited to:

• Team management


• Business development


• New business acquisition


• Face to face needs analysis with new and existing clients


• Training of new agents


• Supervising of agents’ daily activity


• Daily & weekly reports on field activity


• New hire assessment
