Responsibilities of the Entry Level Recruiter:
Research and target qualified candidates for open requirements Perform initial screenings and candidate interviews for possible submission to client Utilize recruiting software to track candidates and their progress through the process Requirements of the Entry Level Recruiter:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years' experience in a phone intensive or research driven role such as customer service, inside sales, legal secretary/paralegal etc.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS-Office)
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to apply coaching consistently
- Local candidates to King of Prussia, PA only.
