We are looking for energetic, outgoing and people-oriented candidates to join our team of Sales / Account Representatives. This is an entry Level position, experience is preferred, but not required.



The Sales Representative will learn how to provide an excellent experience for clients, giving great customer service and build rapport to create a long term relationship. The ideal candidates should be able to work independently as well as in a group. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our client's services and recommend solutions. You will be training other associates and managing day-to-day operations. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.



Responsibilities: 



-Interact with clients in given sales platform



-Drive sales revenue and market shares.



-Identify needs of client's and suggest appropriate services.



-Answer customers’ questions



-Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing



-Attend sales meetings and workshops.



-Supervise other Account Executives



-Prepare and successfully run presentations for individuals and groups.



-Provide customer feedback to the Team Lead and Account Manager



-Stay up-to-date with new services and special offers
