Salary Range; 15 Lpa to 20 Lpa
We are looking for Safety assessors/trainers on a freelancer (day-wise) or Full-time Contractor (agency role) basis. Candidates having a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the EHS field preferably in the Cement industry, Electrical, Mining, and process Engineering background would be added advantage. & Candidates from cement industries are preferred.
The Position requires To:
Carry out Safety assessments / Training (on-site & remote) on customized Safety protocols as per customer requirements.
Play the role of team leader with good client management skills.
Perform assessment as per the scope of the project and provide a detailed summary with SWOT analysis.
Have strong technical domain/process knowledge of Indian Safety regulatory acts and rules.
Conduct a walk-through assessment to capture effectiveness/deviations in the implementation of safety standards.
Analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of customer Safety guidelines including management commitment and role of leadership.
Have excellent communication skills for preparing business (Audit) reports for presenting to Senior leadership of customers.
Qualification with work experience
Graduate or Post Graduate degree + Specialization course in the Safety field from a reputed institution
Work experience in Cement, Mines, Metals, and Chemical process industries will be preferred
Having 2-4 years of auditing experience (internal audit or external audit) is preferable.
Strong exposure to Safety advisory and auditing or in Safety project implementation on-site
Conducting training for faculty on Safety requirements
Candidates with good communication skills, report preparation, computer savvy (to take up assessments remotely),
Having experience in conducting assessments or audits with ISO 45001/ OHSAS 18001 standard requirements
Location: Anywhere in India across all metros (Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai).
