One of our clients is looking to hire an experienced Environmental Analyst / Scientist / Environmental Planner.
Work includes preparation of SEQRA-related documents (Environmental Impact Statements, Generic Environmental Impact Statements, etc.) for for multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, retail, municipal projects, etc.
Requirements
- knowledge of local and regional land use plans and initiatives
- knowledge of environmental regulations
- knowledge of land use, zoning, land use management, community services
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- good verbal and written communication skills
- good organizational skills
