Job Description:

Role: Epicor Administrator

Location: Sparta, MI

Job type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations of the Epicor ERP system.


• Analyze and implement improvements across all areas of Epicor MRP system including, quoting, sales, manufacturing, data collection, costing, and accounting.


• Work with operations to ensure system reflects accurate inventory and job cost information at all times.


• Maintain accurate bills of material and cost data.


• Build custom reports, dashboards, queries and application customizations to enhance system usability and efficiency.


• Work with software and service vendors to resolve issues and continually improve ERP system.


• Recommend and implement additional uses and modules of the ERP system to improve profitability.


• Lead person for system upgrades and new version installations.

Requirements (Education, Experience, Certifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in related field


• Epicor 5+ years of:


• Setup and implementation of Epicor in a manufacturing environment


• Epicor tools DMT, BPM, BAQ, RDD, customizations (C#) and reporting with SSRS and Crystal


• Standard Costing in Epicor, building BOM’s and costing and cost rolls


• SQL server use and administration


• GL Control Codes and Epicor Financial Reporting
