Responsibilities:

Identify issues with the system & areas of improvement
Provide guidance and training for general users
Data Extraction, routine development, & use of SQL/Epicor tools to create reports
Maintain and support ERP installations throughout location; this includes responding to E10 system issues/incidents documented in the ticketing system
Test of system modifications
Design, build, deploy, and maintain BI reports and dashboards
SQL server data administration, expansion, and design
Create reports using SQL & Epicor tools & data extraction
Other special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Epicor Technical/Functional experience, minimum of 4 years
Experience with Epicor version 10 required
Experience with SSRS, BAQs, BPM, MS SQL server required
Experience with VB.Net and C# preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills for trainings, emails, instructions, presentations, etc
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and customers
Strong problem solving skills
Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize and complete all tasks at hand
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
