Super Soccer Stars is looking to hire a full-time Equipment Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children, athletics, and working with the community. As the Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organization, communication, inventory, and problem-solving that comes with the role

Smart, devoted problem solver who enjoys working with people. You have experience in communication and have a great work ethic. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and can work both independently and as part of a team - a sense of humor is a plus too!


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inventory on all equipment at the office and in over 100 locations throughout the city
  • Coordinate with staff to arrange timely local delivery of equipment for locations throughout New York City and the surrounding areas
  • Respond to coaches' requests and coordinate with them to arrange pick-up or delivery of equipment
  • Oversee routine audits of locations to ensure quality and inventory of equipment is accurate
  • Ensure coaches and location are stocked up on equipment and supplies for the upcoming season
  • Ensure where equipment is stored is kept organized and stocked

Work Hours (approx 25 to 30 hours/week)
The work schedule is 5 days a week, with shift rotation requiring weekend availability, with hours 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel across the city
  • Strong communication and knowledge of the city
  • Personable, intelligent, hard-working, outgoing, and energetic
  • Ability to work independently and proactively on projects and responsibilities
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree a plus


This job is at times physically demanding, moving equipment around our locations and storage hubs.

Benefits
