Job Description Key Responsibly Included: - Handle and track customer queries, online ratings, customer reviews, and grievances etc
- Employee will be responsible for the communication that go out on Valuedrive's brand's social media platforms such as hs tive Supply Facebook, twitter, and review websites such as mouthshut
- Will be responsible for timely tracking, processing, and responding to customer queries/reviews/grievances.
- We are looking for candidates with a strong command over English and an attention to detail.
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
Requirements: - Relevant experience in Escalations
