Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Location: SIOUX FALLS, SD, 57104 (Hybrid one week from office, one week from home)


5-6 weeks of training from office.


Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)


Start Date: ASAP


Pay Rate: $17/hr - $20/hr


Project Scope


The resource will be supporting retail service products to research and resolve escalated complaints.


Required Skills:



  • Ability to research, take notes, and document complaints

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate customers over the phone (expect 5+ high level calls per day)

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills - candidates will have to manage a pipeline of complaints

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information


Desired Skills:



  • Finance or banking experience

  • Direct customer service experience
