We are looking for someone who will have to provide key support to the KYC operation as
Escalations Specialist, AML Compliance.



Role Responsibilities

Handling higher level investigations, assisting on escalated inquiries received over the phone, e-mail.
You will perform analysis and quality monitoring of cases and call volume via real-time queues, support and foster a positive and high-performing culture within the team.
You will be responsible for identifying and finding a course of action for technical and other issues reported.
You will need to be attentive to details and capable of working and prioritizing effectively under stress or in difficult situations.
You will be responsible for providing support to specialists who work on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programs, including Global Sanctions, KYC, GFCC, GDD and/or other Compliance programs.
You will be responsible for distributing work to specialists with the goal of meeting SLAs.
You may be required to prepare and distribute reports for your function.
You will have to represent the department and if required assist on the ongoing training or projects.
You will be assisting the Team Leader with other tasks as required.



Role Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in an AML Compliance position.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs.
We require you to be fluent in English written and verbal skills (English level B2+ minimum).
Formal education bachelors degree desired (Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering) and be Yellow belt certified or commit to getting certified.
Analytical, problem solving, good communication and customer service skills.
Strong ability to multitask, proactive, make fast decisions independently, self-motivation, and results-oriented approach.
Schedule flexibility, including weekends and national holidays.
Desired interest in leadership career path.
