Escrow Operations Specialist needs Black Knight MSP and Magnifide experience

Escrow Operations Specialist requires:

• Competency to handle tasks, analyze loans, review tax, insurance, and PMI exceptions


• Manage multiple time critical deadlines

Escrow Operations Specialist  duties:

• Process monthly mass analysis


• Analyze individual loans, as necessary


• Set up mandatory escrow on non-escrow accounts with advances


•  Manage overages and shortages related to escrow


• Manage escrow advances


• Work with insurance and real estate tax outsourcing vendors for exception processing


• Produce assigned statistical reporting


• Monthly and Quarterly Interest on Escrow (IOE) processes for portfolio


• Act as acquisition or servicing transfer coordinator for Escrow Analysis team
