Location: Hyderabad.

Experience: 8+ years

As a team manager for digital subscription sales, your primary responsibility is to lead and guide your team towards achieving sales targets and growing the subscriber base for e- Sign digital product

Job Description:

Develop sales strategies: You will need to analyse market trends, identify customer needs and preferences, and develop sales strategies to drive growth in digital subscription sales.

Set sales targets: You will be responsible for setting realistic sales targets for your team and ensuring that they are met or exceeded.

Manage sales pipelines: You will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring that sales are progressing as planned.

Monitor sales performance: You will need to monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular feedback to your team to help them improve their performance.

Collaborate with other departments: You will need to work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.

End to End Sales Cycle: You will be handling the entire sales cycle , Client onboarding and data set up, Client Orientation , Client Success and Collection.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends: You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to ensure that your sales strategies are effective and your targets are met.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification: Must have Masters in Marketing and sales.
