McCullough Law is seeking a Utah-licensed Estate Planning Attorney with five or more years of experience to join our fast-growing firm. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player, an excellent communicator and listener, and one who is willing to invest in a long-term relationship with clients and with our firm. Responsibilities - Proactively support and assist the McCullough Law team
- Succinctly and confidently communicate high level, specialized, and sophisticated concepts of estate planning to clients and team members
- Meet with clients to prepare, review, and implement highly customized estate-planning and asset-protection plans
- Provide recommendations based on the needs, wishes, and estate details of each client
- Meet and exceed expectations to provide elevated service
- Critically think through complex items to determine and communicate solutions
- Promote client origination and retention
Requirements - Licensed with the state of Utah
- MAcc or LLM preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
- Personable and adaptable
- Ability to express themselves and concepts with clarity and simplicity
- Possess high standards of excellence
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Effectively receive, implement, and provide feedback
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments
- Efficient and timely
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Benefits - Annual Salary: $85,000-$120,000 DOE*
- Bonuses based on overall firm performance, client origination, and client retention
- Paid time off and paid holidays
