What you'll need to succeed

You will come from an extensive background in Civil construction ideally with experience in earthworks, utilities and site preparation. To be successful in this role you possess a minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the civil construction industry. A Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree would be highly regarded. You will also have experience using Heavy Bid, Heavy Job, Vista Viewpoint and Primavera 6.

Estimator – Utilities and Earth – Houston, TX

• 5+ years of estimating underground utilities and site work experience, including paving, earthwork and utilities as well as TXDOT and municipal prime bid experience. Familiarity with meeting SWMBE goals/requirements.

• Working knowledge of Heavy Bid (HCSS)

• Understand Critical Path scheduling.

• Able to think and understand strategically, problem solving and decision capabilities.

• Strong customer and results orientation.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
