Independent Contractors needed to evaluate apartment complexes in the PHOENIX, AZ area.
SPECIFICATIONS: Contractors will perform a PHONE CALL and do an IN-PERSON VISIT/TOUR of the property. A VALID ID will be REQUIRED for the tour. Contractors will observe the level of customer service preformed by the agent, including sales ability, closing ability, and overall professionalism.
You WILL NOT BE REQUIRED to fill out applications of ANY type. Evaluations are INFORMATIONAL ONLY.
PAY: $40.00 per property evaluation.
