Unbridled Information Technologies is looking for a motivated, and highly talented Sr. O365 Admin/ Exchange Admin. to provide strong technical leadership and strategic support for our Collaboration platforms. Candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft Skype for Business, Teams, hybrid Microsoft Exchange, Exchange On Premise, Azure Active Directory, Intune, eDiscovery, ATP etc. As well as hands-on experience with Exchange Onprem and Online and any related components of messaging such as EOP and ATP. This role will mainly provide strategic direction for Corporate as well as Brand IT project initiatives. 



Global Organizations Supported: Clients US and International store users. Identify strategy and implementation path for delivery of various O365 suite products to over 7000 users and around 42,000 locations.



JOB FUNCTIONS:



Strategic – (50%)




  • Architect and develop supporting business cases for new technologies and initiatives to communicate business benefits to senior management and across functions. 

  • Sustain on-going knowledge of IT industry trends to assess impact for future strategies.

  • Participate in the development of technology vision and 3-5-year roadmap.

  • Provide assessment of new opportunities and their estimated cost, creating input into IT Annual Operating Plan.

  • Lead various global initiatives as required through projects or requests from markets.

  • Analyze business processes and think creatively about how to optimize these processes through the use of technology

  • Mentors less experienced team members officially and unofficially. 

  • Able to stretch outside of the O365 domain and contribute to broader technology initiatives.

  • Understand licensing needs for the O365 and other Microsoft product suites



Tactical – (50%)




  • Maintain extensive and detailed technical documentation.

  • Act as a contributor and or leader of Subject Matter Expert Teams.

  • Provide secondary escalation support for global markets outside of North America.

  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and procedural changes for preventative maintenance.

  • Proactively identify needs for technology improvements, capacity changes and upgrades.

  • Global IT partners

  • RSC Facilities team

  • Restaurant and HR/AP Call Center Helpdesks

  • IT functions – Change Management, Operations, Provisioning, Security, Network and Desktop Design Teams

  • Corporate, Brand Above-Store associates and Field Associates

  • Multiple vendors: Mainly Microsoft but others as needed



 



EDUCATION: 



BS/BA required, CIS, MIS preferred. 



EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): 




  • Self-motivated, high energy with strong organizational skills.

  • Recent, hands on experience in an exchange admin or similar role.

  • High business acumen and passion to learn about the business and technology.

  • 5-7 years of O365 administration experience including Microsoft Exchange On Premise, and Microsoft Collaboration platform (Exchange 2007, 2010, ADFS, AD for Business and Teams).

  • 3-5 years of voice and video conferencing experience is a plus

  • VBScript/PowerShell scripting and other automation methodologies in an enterprise environment is needed.

  • Learn and expand Azure knowledge.

  • Knowledge of VMWare, Windows servers, Active Directory, server anti-virus, Network and IP services.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal – ability to communicate a technical message in non-technical terms.

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and methodology to determine root cause with hardware, operating system, application programs, network failure or security. 

  • Excellent vendor and client management skills.

  • Willingness to accept possible short- or long-term assignments both domestically and internationally.
