Responsibilities:

3. Completion of performance KPIs: formulate KPI indicators such as attracting new target plans, channel expansion plans, and new user conversion indicators, Lead the team to output executable marketing plans and marketing activity plans for different periods, and coordinate with the team. The team works together to execute a reasonable marketing plan.
4. Department management: lead the team to formulate and implement a reasonable market plan in line with the operation cycle and product cycle; In the sales work, he can propose a plan to optimize the process and improve efficiency, and can cooperate with different departments to complete all market plans. Qualifications:
1. Basic skills: based on English and Chinese, plus points for knowing other languages; college degree or above; basic skills. Stock investment knowledge, investment experience history; basic literacy of market supervisors; basic skills of using office software; In addition, those with experience in currency speculation are preferred;
2. Working experience: more than 5 years of experience in the currency circle or financial investment industry or more than 4 years of speculation in coins, stocks, and funds and other investment experience; no country restrictions;
3. Resource type and quantity: no less than 10 blockchain industry media resources, or 40 community channel resources, or 20 industry big V resources, or 30 core resources of other categories;
4. Communication ability: articulate, accurate pronunciation, good language expression ability and performance desire; customer psychology. Basic cognition; do not take personal feelings as the starting point of work, but focus on solving problems as the core work starting point;
5. Work enthusiasm and stress resistance: able to understand and accept the work pressure of the marketing and sales position, any time can actively look for solutions to difficult problems at work from different angles, obey management, and unite colleagues.
