Based in New York, you’ll be working with an incredible group of people dedicated to thinking big and acting small; executing big ideas at a global scale leading the Tinybeans B2B revenue strategy, team development, and execution plans.



How does this role contribute to the mission?



Working closely with the CEO, you will have a significant strategic impact and influence the direction of the Tinybeans B2B revenue strategy, drive brand partnerships and a long-term revenue roadmap, Tinybeans is on a mission to scale revenues with big CPG, toy and retail brands, and you will be one of the key players on our path to success.



Who are you?



You are a former tech-savvy strategic seller, who now leads a sales team and is passionate about working with decision-makers to grow businesses. You are goal-oriented and resourceful, making strategic decisions to drive the sales pipeline and drive conversion to successfully deliver on the goals.



Your passion for sales will be the driving force for success and you have previously led sales teams with online technology platforms that have attained commercial success. You understand the technology and are skilled at managing all stages of the sales pipeline process. You are a sales master by nature that utilizes data and driving the right behaviors to drive the results the organization is looking for.



You’re adept at generating new business through outbound, inbound, and partner-driven channels selling brand advertising, programmatic, and research & insights while ensuring we have a group of sellers that can execute.


Requirements

You will…




  • Champion and embody the Tinybeans culture, mission, and values of entrepreneurship, ownership, and growth

  • Own and drive the company’s sales strategy and execution, and work across the entire team to ensure that (quarterly/annual) strategic plans lead to business success

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team in sales and partnership marketing to drive and advance the long-term sales revenue goals

  • Measure the success and impact of leads, pipeline and sales metrics with clearly defined goals and measurable metrics

  • Identify key market trends and translate them into potential business opportunities and solutions. Must have a deep understanding of competitive offerings in the market and anticipate trends

  • Be an amazing seller yourself and close business directly, and over time transitioning into management

  • Be a part of the core leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO

  • Evangelize products with customers and internal stakeholders



You have…




  • 10+ years of leading Sales experience in technology product space and leading teams of sellers

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent business experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Management in an early stage,, high growth, or medium-sized company (preferred)

  • Proven track record of growing sales and revenues
