Greetings! DEAN CONTRACTING INC is looking for an Executive Assistant to help manage and operate our daily operations. We are a growing company with great opportunities for personal and professional growth. The Executive Assistant will join a fantastic team and work directly with our senior management to support our business objectives. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and exceptional at multitasking. If you are an enthusiastic problem solver who has experience as an Executive Assistant, we would like to hear from you! Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the senior management team
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Arrange and manage internal and external meetings, including preparation of meeting materials
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations as needed
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements - A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
